ZephyrMoor is a brand operated by Changsha Hefeng Yuanye Technology Co., Ltd.
These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of ZephyrMoor apps, websites, and related services (the “Services”).
By using the Services, you agree to these Terms.
1. Eligibility
You must have legal capacity under applicable law to use the Services. If you are under the age of majority in your jurisdiction, use of certain Services may require consent from a parent or legal guardian.
2. Use of Services
- Use the Services lawfully;
- Do not interfere with security, stability, or operation;
- Do not reverse engineer or attempt unauthorized access except as permitted by law;
- Do not use the Services to violate rights or harm others.
3. In-App Purchases and Subscriptions (Apple)
Some features may require payment via Apple in-app purchase.
For auto-renewable subscriptions (if offered):
- Payment is charged to your Apple ID at purchase confirmation;
- Subscription renews automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the current period ends;
- Renewal charge occurs within 24 hours before period end;
- Manage/cancel in iOS: Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions;
- Free trial (if offered) converts to paid unless canceled before trial end;
- Apple handles billing and refunds under Apple’s terms/policies.
Prices and availability may vary by region and app.
4. Intellectual Property
All software, content, trademarks, logos, and design elements in the Services are owned by ZephyrMoor and/or licensors and protected by law. No ownership rights are transferred to you.
5. Feedback
If you submit feedback, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free right to use it for improving Services, without obligation.
6. Privacy
Your use of the Services is also governed by our Privacy Policy.
7. Service Changes
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Services to the extent permitted by law. We may also update these Terms; continued use after updates means acceptance of revised Terms.
8. Disclaimer of Warranties
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Services are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ZephyrMoor and its operator are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or loss of profits/data/goodwill arising from use of the Services.
Where exclusion is not permitted, liability is limited to the minimum extent allowed by law.
10. Termination
We may suspend or terminate access if you materially violate these Terms or where required for security/legal/operational reasons. You may stop using the Services at any time.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by applicable law of the operator’s jurisdiction, unless mandatory consumer law requires otherwise.
12. Apple-Specific Terms
- These Terms are between you and ZephyrMoor (not Apple), except where Apple terms require otherwise;
- Apple is not responsible for maintenance/support except as required by law;
- Apple and its subsidiaries may be third-party beneficiaries where applicable.
